3. Proposals, Scope, and Deliverables

Services are provided according to written proposals, statements of work, invoices, or agreements accepted by the client. Deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities may vary by engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize Waystar Consultants INC or its processor to charge the provided payment method for agreed service fees and approved project expenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests, review deliverables promptly, and obtain any internal approvals needed for project execution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Waystar Consultants INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing consulting agreements with 30 days written notice unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Refund Eligibility

Because consulting services require professional time, planning, and resource coordination, services already performed are non-refundable. Refunds for unperformed services may be reviewed case by case.

Transaction Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
